Buying and Selling Properties
We’re a team of professional investors that believe that win-win scenarios are almost always possible, even in real estate. We can do everything the bank can do. Well, they have a lot more capital. But we have a lot more ingenuity and investment in the well being of our partners, clients and buyers. We do write our own loans and they are far MORE transparent than anything you’ve ever seen from the large mortgage companies. Still they are legal and legitimate contracts that require as much of us as they do of you. We only do fixed-rate loans with no tricks or “gotcha” clauses.
We have access to a relatively large network of real estate professionals that operate throughout the country. Currently, we tend to focus on properties in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Colorado, but are willing to investigate other locations too. If you have a property that you want or need to sell, tell us about it. We’ll do what we can and try and help you meet your goals. If we can’t or choose not to buy the property, then we may put it to the network and try to find someone that can.
